Online shopping can be a challenge sometimes; we completely understand. If you’re not loving your item(s) you can submit a return.
- Requests made & postmarked within 14 days of the delivered date may qualify for a full refund. Refund is subject to Return Conditions so be sure to check it out below.
- Requests made after 14 days will be refunded with store credit in the form of an E-gift card.
Return Conditions | Read thoroughly.
- Merchandise must be returned new in the condition you received it with tags attached. Items must not be worn, altered, washed, or damaged.
- Items must be completely free of make-up/deodorant stains, odors or any markings. Merchandises with makeup/deodorant markings will have a 20% cleaning fee deducted from the refund.
- Final Sale items are FINAL and will not be accepted. You will be responsible for any shipping fees to return the item(s) to you, or we will have to dispose of the item(s).
- Due to the rate at which items sell out we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style please return the item you want to exchange and then place a new order for the item/size you would like instead.
How to Return Items
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order# & item(s) you'd like to return. Be sure to let us know why you're returning; we love feedback. We want to make sure we are carrying items that you actually love & work for you.
- Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. We are still a small mom-and-pop shop so we aren’t able to cover these costs just yet, but hope to do so in the future.
- If the return was due to an error of ours we will of course accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return.
- Once we receive your item we will process your return within a few days.
- Once processed refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. If you received the notification but haven’t received your money after a few days check in with your bank/card.
- Please note that Coco Nomad is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Be sure to keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
